This notice explains what infrastructure is likely to observe when a browser in Aotearoa New Zealand—or anywhere else—requests our lightweight HTML. It is written with the Privacy Act 2020 in mind, but it cannot replace bespoke legal advice.
1 · What we intentionally do not collect in the page bundle
The hand-typed public bundle does not embed analytics pixels, comment widgets, or session chat. We do not operate a first-party login wall on these files.
2 · Hosting logs
Whatever environment serves bandbthermalinsulation.com may write standard access logs: timestamps, requesting IP, requested path, HTTP status, user agent, and byte counts. Operators typically retain those lines for security troubleshooting and abuse mitigation.
3 · Fonts and third-party edges
Typography is loaded via Google Fonts. Google’s infrastructure may process technical data needed to deliver CSS and font files. If you prefer to avoid that path entirely, self-host font files in a forked deployment you control.
4 · Leaving for Google Play
When you click the Google Play badge you exit our origin. Google’s privacy policies govern that experience. The Play listing for Fun Of Vegas — Casino Slots may collect richer product telemetry than this brochure site ever will.
5 · Rights and contact
New Zealand privacy principles include rights of access and correction where an agency holds personal information about you. On this mostly-static footprint, we may not hold durable identifiers beyond what ordinary server logs retain—contact the entity operating your hosting contract for log policies if you need certainty.
